Van Morrison “Into the Mystic” (Cover by Tommy Miller)

Tommy Miller has one of the best voices and most unique sounds in indie rock and folk music today. I absolutely love this cover he created of Van Morrison Into the Mystic.

We are always happy to have Tommy Miller join us for a video, and this cover of Van Morrison – Into the Mystic is no exception. Of course it helps that this song is one of my favorite songs of all time, but even if it was my least favorite I still believe Tommy Miller would find a way to make it good! That’s just how he rolls.

Into the Mystic was originally released on the album Moondance in 1970. If you are yet to be familiar with Van Morrision, he has quite a few songs that I dig. Of course Brown Eyed Girl, but also Come Running, Days Like this, and a bunch of others are also pretty wonderful tunes. Into the Mystic however is 100% my favorite of Van Morrison’s songs and I’m really stoked that Tommy Miller said he wanted to cover it. Hopefully you all enjoy this song as much as I do!

By the way, if you haven’t checked it out yet, you should definitely hop on over to Tommy Miller’s own youtube channel and subscribe because we have been working on some tunes with him over there and there is definitely some epicness going on over there that you don’t want to miss 🙂

I really hope you enjoyed Tommy Miller’s cover of Van Morrison – Into the Mystic! If you haven’t subscribed to our channel SteamyintheCity yet, let me ask you this question… What are you waiting for??? 🙂 We’ve got some pretty incredible stuff coming up! Perhaps even a little collaboration with the legendary Kurt Hugo Schneider, yup it’s happening, so yeah, why not just subscribe?
